Signature Capture

IDS has two options for Signature Capture. One is to utilize a signature capture pad or a touch sceen, the other is to use the onboard camera that comes with the Blackberry.

Both options also allow the driver to type the POD name into IDS giving your customers the ability to see the signature and read a name.

Barcode Reading

IDS generates barcodes on our regular waybill, 4 by 6 label waybill or your custom waybill. click here for an example.

Drivers and your staff can use one of our - supported devices - to scan the barcode as the packages are picked up, delivered and go through your warehouse and/or hub. Location Barcode Scanning is also available
