Once an ordered has been entered, either by the customer using the online shipping centre or manually through the trip entry screen, our system will send your customer an email with the waybill and tracking details. Your customer can just click to receive accurate and to the minute details.

Best of all, package status updates are a simple click by the driver - without having to waste precious time communicating trip status back to the dispatcher.
