When a trip has been entered, either by the customer using the online shipping centre or manually through the trip entry screen, the details are automatically and in real-time presented on the Dispatch Screen.

With a simple drop-down menu and a click, the details are sent to driver's Blackberry, Mobile PC or Cell Phone. The driver can update the trip status with a simple click.
